Body Ignite Strength Training

Body Ignite is a strength-based class that utilizes weights to target muscles and leave you stronger. It's a fantastic complement to any cardio class as it includes core and flexibility exercises to help you move and feel amazing as you tackle everyday mom life.

Please have a pair of hand weights, 3-9lbs, available to use for the class. If hand weights are unavailable, you can use soup cans, water bottles, or laundry detergent bottles.
