LITE Recurring Monthly Membership $49 every month • 4 visits per Month • Attend any FIT4MOM UA+Hilliard classes 4x/month. • Minimum 3 month commitment required • All new members must pay a $65 enrollment fee Monthly fee will be charged to your credit card automatically on the 1st of every month. 30 days notice is required to cancel your membership.
Maternity Leave Membership (2-months) $140 • Unlimited visits for 2 months
